Summary

Astrolume does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All astrology calculations — Western natal chart, East-Asian Saju, Tarot draws, and Numerology — happen entirely on your device. Your birth information, saved people, and reading history remain in your phone's local storage and are never sent to us or any third party.

What we do not collect

• Name, email, phone number, or any account information
• Birth date, birth time, or birth location
• Tarot draws or reading history
• Saved people you compare yourself with
• Device identifiers tied to your identity
• IP addresses, location data, or browsing activity inside the app

What is processed by third parties

1. Google AdMob (advertising)

Astrolume shows banner and occasional interstitial ads through Google AdMob to keep the app free. AdMob may use an advertising identifier — IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android — to deliver non-personalized ads. On iOS, ads are served non-personalized by default unless you opt in via App Tracking Transparency. You can reset or disable the advertising identifier in your device's privacy settings. Astrolume Premium ($4.99 one-time) removes all ads permanently.

2. Firebase Analytics (anonymous usage statistics)

We collect anonymous events such as screen views and feature usage to improve the app. No personally identifiable information is included — these events do not include your name, birth info, tarot draws, or any text you enter. Firebase Analytics is provided by Google. You can opt out of analytics in the app settings.

3. Firebase Remote Config (feature flags)

Used for maintenance announcements, forced-update prompts, and toggling features remotely. No user data is sent — Remote Config only fetches configuration values from our side.

4. Apple App Store / Google Play (in-app purchases)

Premium Lifetime purchases are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. Astrolume never sees your payment information — purchase status is verified through Apple StoreKit or Google Play Billing receipts.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Because Astrolume does not collect personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, delete, or port from our side. You can clear all on-device data at any time by:

• Going to Me → Reset birth info inside the app
• Uninstalling the app, which removes all local storage

For analytics opt-out, you can:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable Astrolume
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

Children's privacy

Astrolume is rated 12+ on the App Store and Teen on Google Play. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided data through the app, please contact us — although the app collects no personal data, we will investigate any concern.

Data retention

All app data lives on your device. We have no servers storing personal data, so there is nothing for us to retain. Uninstalling Astrolume removes everything stored locally.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material change will be reflected with a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
